Gorman Company purchased a 94,000 SF office building in North Wales PA with the intention of gutting it and making it into a self storage center.  Quantum was hired to perform a selective interior demolition, meaning we would remove most of the partition walls, fixtures, ceiling, etc., but leave certain structures in place to support the new build out.  The new building is now called Vault Storage, with units available for rent.  Contact them at 267-652-0208 to rent space!

Project details:
Electrical disconnection and safe-off.
Removal and disposal of bathrooms including cuts and caps
Disconnect and removal of all Roof top units (RTU’s), including recovery of freon.
Removal of ceiling tiles, light fixtures, flex duct and grid.
Removal of all walls, bulkheads, soffits, dry wall
Removal of all flooring (carpet and tile)
